Obni\u017cona zawarto\u015b\u0107 t\u0142uszcz\u00f3w, pe\u0142noziarnista m\u0105ka, odpowiednia ilo\u015b\u0107 kurczaka zamiast zwyk\u0142ej szynki. O ile nie mo\u017cna raczej stworzy\u0107 \"fit frytek\", o tyle z pizz\u0105 jest ju\u017c to ca\u0142kiem mo\u017cliwe. Zamiast pszennej m\u0105ki u\u017cyjemy m\u0105ki razowej, a zamiast du\u017cej ilo\u015bci \u017c\u00f3\u0142tego sera, lekkiej mozzarelli. Sk\u0142adniki oczywi\u015bcie dowolne, ja wybra\u0142em pizz\u0119 o wi\u0119kszej zawarto\u015bci protein<\/a> (pier\u015b z kurczaka i tu\u0144czyk) ale mo\u017ce to by\u0107 co\u015b zupe\u0142nie innego, np. pizza hawajska z w\u0119dlin\u0105 drobiow\u0105 i ananasem lub klasyczna capriciosa, ale zawsze ciasto z m\u0105ki razowej i mozzarella zamiast \u017c\u00f3\u0142tego sera. Przygotowanie<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do miski wsypa\u0107 m\u0105k\u0119, nast\u0119pnie w szklance ciep\u0142ej (ale nie gor\u0105cej) wody rozpu\u015bci\u0107 s\u00f3l, dro\u017cd\u017ce i doda\u0107 do m\u0105ki, oczywi\u015bcie dro\u017cd\u017ce mo\u017cna te\u017c wkruszy\u0107 i rozrobi\u0107 ale polecam m\u00f3j spos\u00f3b bo jest znacznie prostszy \ud83d\ude42
\nEnergicznie wyrobi\u0107 ciasto, je\u015bli b\u0119dzie klei\u0142o si\u0119 do r\u0105k mo\u017cna doda\u0107 jeszcze troch\u0119 m\u0105ki. Przykrywamy misk\u0119 r\u0119cznikiem i odstawiamy w ciep\u0142e miejsce do wyro\u015bni\u0119cia (oko\u0142o 20 min). Gdy ciasto wyro\u015bnie rozwa\u0142kowujemy je na blasze lub jak w moim przypadku, na dnie od tortownicy, smarujemy przecierem
\npomidorowym lub ketchupem (mo\u017ce by\u0107 wymieszany z bazyli\u0105 i oregano), nast\u0119pnie uk\u0142adamy pokrojon\u0105 w plasterki mozzarell\u0119, na po\u0142owie kurczaka, na drugiej po\u0142owie tu\u0144czyka + wszystkie inne ulubione dodatki (pieczarki mo\u017cna podsma\u017cy\u0107 chwil\u0119 na patelni). Na koniec posypujemy pizz\u0119 bazyli\u0105 i oregano. Wk\u0142adamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 220 stopni, pieczemy ok 20-25 minut,do momentu kiedy brzeg ciasta bedzie zarumieniony. Podajemy z\u00a0sosem czosnkowym wg przepisu.<\/p>\n
