syrop bez cukru (opcjonalnie) lub troszk\u0119 wody niegazowanej<\/p>\n

50g od\u017cywki bia\u0142kowej czekoladowej, u mnie TA<\/a><\/p>\n

ok 40g m\u0105ki konopnej lub innej bezglutenowej (raczej nie kokosowa)<\/p>\n

2 \u0142y\u017cki kakao lub karobu<\/p>\n

przyprawy do piernika- 2 \u0142y\u017cki<\/p>\n

ksylitol\/erytrol dla smaku<\/p>\n

Co robimy?<\/p>\n

  1. Rozgrzewamy piekarnik na 180 stopni g\u00f3ra-d\u00f3\u0142.<\/li>\n
  2. Fasol\u0119 p\u0142uczemy pod bie\u017c\u0105c\u0105 wod\u0105, po czym blendujemy wraz z \u017c\u00f3\u0142tkami, syropem.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0W drugiej misce \u0142\u0105czymy wszystkie sypkie produkty.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Mas\u0119 fasolow\u0105 przelewamy do suchych i miksujemy.<\/li>\n
  5. Ubijamy na sztywno bia\u0142ka, po czym dodajemy do reszty i mieszamy \u0142y\u017ck\u0105 a\u017c powstanie jednolita g\u0119sta masa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
